1. Q:How to choose the sheath type of cable?
A.:There are four commonly used sheath types, PUR, PVC, TPE, TPEE.
The PUR sheath has good elasticity, softness, good mechanical properties, good resilience, and is not easy to deform. The price of PVC sheath is cheap, if you do not have high requirements for the resilience of the wire, you can choose PVC sheath. The TPE sheath is super soft, and the temperature range is -40ºC~+80ºC, but its disadvantage is that it is not resistant to oil and its mechanical properties are not as good as PUR. Its price is lower than PUR and higher than PVC. TPEE has good temperature resistance. The temperature range is -40ºC to +100ºC. It has good resilience and mechanical properties, but it is not soft enough and the price is higher than PUR.

7.Q:How to choose the speaker cable?
A: Let us analyze it from a technical point of view. As we all know, a good speaker cable needs low resistance. However, a wire that is too thin will obviously not have a good effect, because the resistance of a thin wire is large, more power will be consumed on the resistance of the wire, and the loss is particularly serious. At the same time, although a wire that is too thick has low resistance, it will waste materials and money. It is generally considered that the loss (insertion loss) on the wire is tolerable below 0.5dB. Second, in the circuit from the output of the power amplifier to the speaker, the impedance of the speaker cable, the length of the wire, and the thickness of the wire are all important. The general method is to calculate the thickness of the wire based on the length of the wire and the impedance of the speaker cable. There are many kinds of wire on the market, and the prices vary greatly. We can make a difference in the structure, materials and appearance of the wire rods. Fever grade speak cables are made of higher purity ES-OCC (Oxygen Single Crystal Copper) or OFEC (Oxygen Free Electrolytic Copper), which has the characteristics of flexibility, tensile strength and bending resistance, while counterfeit wires all use ordinary copper thin wires as conductor materials.
8.Q: What is the difference between speaker cables and ordinary cables?
A: 1. Different capabilities: The speaker cable is used to connect the power amplifier and the speaker, and the current signal flowing in it is much larger than the video cable and audio cable.
2. Different materials: The speaker cable requires low-resistance conductor and high purity. The wires used in the speaker cable are arranged in parallel, so the impact on electromagnetic crosstalk is small. Ordinary wires have lower requirements than speaker wires in terms of material, insulation layer and wire structure.
3. Different conductivity: the speaker cable is an oxygen-free copper speaker cable with high purity, soft wire and good conductivity. Ordinary wire is usually a pure copper wire, the material is relatively hard, although the strength is higher than that of the speaker wire, the conductivity is far inferior to that of the speaker wire.
