Applications:
2PfG 1169/08.2007 EN50618:2014 covers the single core flexible cables (wires) used in DC sides of photovoltaic system whose max. permissible DC voltage is 1.8kV(line to line, non ground system). The product is applicable to the environment whose safety degree is under Class 2, and it can be parallel used.

Structure:
Conductor: Stranded tinned copper wire
Insulation: Cross-linked low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin double-layer insulation
Sheath: Cross-linked low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin


Standard:
The product is manufactured according to the 2PfG 1169/08.2007 EN50618:2014 "The Requirement of Photovoltaic cable" standard.

Operating characteristics:
Rated voltage: AC 0.6/1kV; DC 1.8kV, AC 1.0/1.0kV; DC 1.5kV
Operating temperature: -40~90ºC
Max. short circuit temperature:+120ºC
Max. conductor temperature:+200ºC
Service life shall not be less than 25 years
Ozone resistant and acid-resistant;
Good insulation resistance;
Good performance of cold bend and cold winding;
Low-smoke;
Environmentally friendly, confirms to RoHS compliant.
For installation, the ambient temperature shall be not less than -20ºC.
Bending radius of cable: 4D (D: overall diameter).

1. Q:How to choose the sheath type of cable?
A.:There are four commonly used sheath types, PUR, PVC, TPE, TPEE.
The PUR sheath has good elasticity, softness, good mechanical properties, good resilience, and is not easy to deform. The price of PVC sheath is cheap, if you do not have high requirements for the resilience of the wire, you can choose PVC sheath. The TPE sheath is super soft, and the temperature range is -40ºC~+80ºC, but its disadvantage is that it is not resistant to oil and its mechanical properties are not as good as PUR. Its price is lower than PUR and higher than PVC. TPEE has good temperature resistance. The temperature range is -40ºC to +100ºC. It has good resilience and mechanical properties, but it is not soft enough and the price is higher than PUR.
